At Awefurni, every product is custom-made based on a unique design and handcrafted by our manufacturing partners in Vietnam. Please review the shipping details below carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Coverage & Cost
Free Shipping (United States)
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States
- No minimum purchase is required
At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any off-shore U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands).
Order Processing & Production Time
Because our products are made-to-order, processing includes design finalization, production, quality checks, and export preparation.
- Production & processing time: approximately 10–20 business days
- Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays
- Production begins shortly after order confirmation and cannot be paused or canceled once started
Please note: complex designs or larger furniture pieces may require additional production time.
Shipping & Delivery Time
After production is completed, your order will be shipped internationally.
- Estimated shipping time to the United States: 10–25 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 20–45 business days from order date
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Customs clearance
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Peak shipping seasons
- Factors outside our control
Shipping Carriers
We partner with international freight forwarders and last-mile carriers to deliver orders safely. Final delivery within the U.S. may be handled by carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent local couriers.
Carrier selection depends on package size, destination, and logistics availability.
Tracking Your Order
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped
- Tracking information may take 3–5 business days to become active due to international transit
- Tracking updates may be limited while the package is in transit between countries
If tracking does not update after several days, this does not necessarily indicate an issue.
Address Accuracy & Order Changes
Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct at checkout.
- Address or order change requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order
- Changes are not guaranteed once production has begun
- Awefurni is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on your location and local regulations
- These charges are determined by customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer
- Awefurni has no control over customs clearance timelines
Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you experience an issue with your delivery:
- Damaged or incorrect items: report within 7 days of delivery
- Missing items: report within 48 hours of delivery
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos and/or videos of the issue
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Claims submitted outside these timeframes may not be eligible for review.
Delayed Deliveries
While we make every effort to meet estimated timelines, delays can occur due to international shipping factors beyond our control.

- Awefurni is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or force majeure events
