Return

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact. Custom, made-to-order, and personalized items, as well as gift cards, are not eligible for return. To start a return, email support@awefurni.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label to download and print. Return shipping costs are covered by Awefurni for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchange

We accept exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, not as described, or if you need a different size or color option. Sale items and custom orders are excluded from exchanges. Contact us to request a prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a replacement will be shipped to you.

How to File a Claim

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  1. Email support@awefurni.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number
  2. Include clear photos showing the issue — the overall item, a close-up of the damage or defect, and the shipping label on the box
  3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days with a resolution
  4. If approved, we will arrange a return, exchange, or refund based on the situation

For missing packages where tracking shows delivered, report to support@awefurni.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. Photos are not required for missing package claims.

Refund

Refunds are issued within 2 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Partial refunds may apply if the item shows signs of use or is not in its original condition.
